| I have one room available in a brand new apartment in South Yarra.
The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with open plan living and balcony. Room has built in mirrow wardrobes and the whole complex is only three months old. There is a common area on the 12th floor with a gym, 2 outdoor jacuzzi's, large kitchen and dining, lounge room and outdoor theatre.
Apartment will be furnished, apart from your room and a washing machine. However there is a laundry matt in the complex. Your room will fit a queen size bed and has great views from this 5th floor apartment.
I and 27 yrs old, female working full time Mon - Fri. I like to keep things clean and tidy, as the apartment is small it is not hard to do. I like socialising, laughing, going out and i love a drink!! I go to the gym 4 - 5 times a week. Am often out during the week for dinner etc....and party on the weekends. Im originally from Perth so will have the occassional guest stay for the weekend. I have a healthy balance, good sense of humour and chilled out personality.
Im looking for somone like minded, casual, easy going with similar interests. Someone to live in the apartment as though it is there home to.

| Hi my name is Emma.
I am a 24 year old full time student studying a bachelor of culinary management (business management specialising in restaurants and hotels) and I also work casually as a chef in the city.
I am looking for a room preferably within 20mins drive to the CBD and close to a train station or tram.
Am also looking for a room big enough to fit a double bed, and have a desk and wardrobe aswell.
I have a car so am also looking for somewhere with either parking on the property or on the street.
About me - I study during the week and work on week-ends as a chef (usually not returning home from work untill 10:30 - 11:30pm). I love coffee and like to spend my spare time with friends at Lygon st, or hanging out in new places in the evenings and going out for breakfast. I am not the type of person to go out partying every weekend but do like to let loose every once in a while. I love people and hope to find a housemate who is like minded.
I am hoping to live with people who get along well with others, are maybe like minded and dont mind people from overseas (I am australian but have a few international friends). Also I work late and spend some time studying so somebody who is ok with the fact that they probably wont see me much and dont mind me coming home later in the evening on some days.
As far as rent goes I would like to pay up to $120p.w or $150 if bills are included.
Would love to hear from anyone with a room :-D
