I have a room available to rent in Hawthorn, very close to the train and trams. The room has BIRs and the bathroom and kitchen have both recently been renovated.
You would be sharing with just me (sorry and my cat but she is banned from the bedrooms). I work full time at nab which seems to keep me fairly occupied. I enjoy running, watching my Hawks play aussie rules and a glass or several of whatever is going. I also love travelling, lived overseas for 6 years and am always planning my next trip.
I'd like a housemate who would consider the flat as much of a home as I do rather than just a place to dump their stuff. I'd prefer a non-smoker but if you're an outside only smoker then I'm sure I could manage that.
There is parking available. I have the car space that came with the flat but there are plenty of spare ones and we can also organise a permit for the street.
