This means I'm now on the lookout for a new flattie to share a fantastic sunny house in beautiful North Bondi.

* Huge sun-drenched 2 br semi in North Bondi. Pretty much fully furnished. Kitchen, lounge etc... all good stuff.. some cool art (well i think so anyway!)
* 50" plasma telly, bluray, Foxtel HD etc. Great for watching the footy and Desperate Housewives alike :) ps I dont really watch Desperate Housewives
* Huge grassy backyard.. entertaining area. Great for Summer BBQ's

to reduce rent but no plan at this stage (great for visiting friends though)
* Minutes to the beach and the fun madness of Bondi, but a couple streets back so you're not kept up by all night parties (unless it's your own party of course)

| Room to rent in Nth Ryde. We are looking for someone to share a large 4 bedroom house with. The room is currently occupied by a couple who are ready to move out and the "mini" room is occupied by there 2yr old, so an office could be negotiable;)$ though we would prefer to keep it free for guests.
The house has a kitchen/lounge, rumpus/music room, pool, Not so good now but summer...three bathrooms, laundry, shed, weird dutch triangle house and an aviary. The garage space is used as a gym.
The house is 4 blocks from Macquarie Uni and shopping centre and 400 meters from nth ryde train station. You will be living with two 'kiwi's and a country born aussie. We are easy going sociable people and while we like to have guests, we are respectful of peoples personal space and wishes, and expect the same in return. We share the cleaning of dishes and cleaning of the house and expect the common areas to be kept clean and free of clutter.
