Come the weekend I'm usually out and about spending time with friends. I'm love good people, great music, movies, surfing, triathlons, coffee and food.

We are friendly, down-to-earth, fit and social, we like a cuppa and chat together after work, but are not party animals. There's myself (36yo female), a 19yo girl who's just moved to Sydney from the country, and a Chinese man who's been in Aus about 5 years. We're hoping to be able to have a dog (pending negotiations with real estate agent).
The room is medium-large and unfurnished (I fit a queen bed, bookshelf and 2 wardrobes in it). The common ares of the house are furnished. We are 7 mins walk from Croydon station (20mins to the city), close to shops/restaurants, buses, park and schools, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood.
