It’s a modern, full furnished 2-bedroom unit with a back yard which is located in one of the best suburbs of Adelaide, Norwood.
With the lovely, safe environment and friend neighborhood, this unit is so close and convenient to everything!
1).Half a minute walk to the public transportation (141/142, stop 3).
2).6-7 minutes to Adelaide Uni and UniSA east campus by bus. In the good weather, you can just walk from home to Ade Uni or the city center. Normally, it takes about 30 minutes.
3).Post office, gym and BWS are just at the corner.
4).5 minutes walk to the Parade Ave. You can find Coles, Foodland, movie cinema, petrol station, banks, bookstore, swimming centre, hair salon, cafe, restaurant etc.
The unit was renovated a year ago, with separate shower in the bathroom, modern and good size kitchen and the bedroom for rental is fully furnitured, bright, cozy, clean and tidy. All furniture (except for landlord’s four-draw cabinet) is newly purchased. However, if you have your own furniture we can remove what is in the room.
I am a full time professional in the city and I am pretty chilled out, quiet, considerate and easy going.
$140 (including electricity)or $130+share electricity
I have paid the water bill ($300 for 12 months), so no worries about it.
Also please note you need to apply for a wireless broadband as what I am using is wireless access, which provides high quality and high speed access to internet. (3G and Virgin all provide the wireless access services).

About the house:
Three bedroom, two bathroom. Built in 2006, it's a pretty fucking nice house. There are two living spaces. The back living area is open plan with an awesome kitchen and space for both dining and a bunch of massive couches.
The house is fully furnished already (except for the room available, although we do have a spare single bed available). HOWEVER, there is also space for storage in the carport, so if you have some furniture that you'd like to add, we can always rearrange ours.
Bedroom available has built in robes and a window view of a beautiful corragated iron fence. There are some delightful marks on the walls, I think one is a foot print.
The house is on the 102 bus route, right near the bus stop! 15 minutes into town! Walking distance to Firle shopping centre! THERE ARE TWO BOTTLE SHOPS WITHIN A KM OF OUR HOUSE!
About the rent:
$120 per week. Will require a bond of only two weeks rent for good measure. Pretty much to just give us some security as we've already paid the entire bond!
About us?
We'd just like a housemate who's gunna enjoy a nice cook off and a glass of wine. We also give extra props for those who know how to clean up!! Give us a call and you can come and check out the house. We would not appreciate calls from
- drama queens
- crack heads (functional alcoholics ok)
- mafia
- people who hide food in their rooms (you know who you are)
We're both students and do require our quiet time sometimes. BUT the house is easily divisible due to a wonderful door separating front from back, so VERY NICE! |
