| I have a 3 x 2 rental with one room free to rent in Innaloo.
A little about the property:
This villa is new, easy to maintain and in a perfect location for those who want to live close to the city and beach at the same time. It is a stand alone villa on the corner with no adjoining walls to neighbours. Close to a large westfield shopping centre and approximately 1.2 kms from the Stirling Train Station on the Joondalup Line. There is a bus stop only 50m down the road which travels to the train station also. The house is fully furnished, all you need to bring is your personal items, own linen and a bed, the rest is there for you to use as if it were your own.
A little about the room:
The room is unfurnished with a built in robe, the room comfortably fits a double bed with one side table. The windows have security screens so you can feel comfortable to leave you window open at night. The room is at the back end of the house with the main bathroom directly across from it. This bathroom would be that of the person who occupied the room and also guests who came over (the third bedroom is kept free for guests). There is room in the third bedroom for you to store other clothes and plenty of garage storage if you have boxes etc.
A little about what I am looking for:
I am looking for someone to move into the spare room who is a young professional. Must be financially stable and able to pay rent 2 weeks in advance religiously without having to be asked. Someone who understands the cost of running a household and so respectfully contributes their even share to bills and consumables. The house is clean and presentable so I am seeking someone who shares the same care factor for keeping things tidy. Ultimately I am seeking someone who is respectful, considerate, fun, friendly, stable, easy going and fairly positive.
A little about me:
I am a young professional woman who works as a Training Manager for a large national company. I work long hours and like to just relax at home after a long day's work Monday to Thursday. Weekends I like to get away, head out with friends, chill out, really do whatever takes my fancy at the time.
I am a tidy, very easy going and low maintenance person to live with, happy to just go with the flow and do my own thing.
I am a very happy person and love to be surrounded by people who are positive, driven, fun and friendly.

The apartment itself is fully furnished. Apartment is located on the 7th floor overlooking Stirling Highway with a view of the river. Apartment has the following available;

- Swimming Pool (located at ground floor and run by Wilton Court caretaker)

As for myself, my name is Matt. I'm 21 years old. I work full time as a Operations Supervisor at a swimming pool south of the river. I enjoy going out have a good time, music festivals and just chillin hahaha.
I'm a pretty relaxed and easy going person. Don't like too take things overly serious when I home from work. I clean regularly as I hate mess building up lol. Yes men do housework as well.
I'm looking for a similar person who fits the listed criteria. I'd like to find a person who is happy to have a chat or just chill out with etc.
