| Detailed Description |
| We have a room available in a townhouse in a secure complex in Belmont.
The room is unfurnished, however you will have a large window to over look ouside from upstairs and a built-in robe.
There will be two sharemates and one cat.
- 27 years old female/full time worker
- 29 years old male/full time worker
You will be sharing a toilet and a bathroom with another guy.
We have one toilet downstairs as well.
The room is available for $140 per week
4 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent in advance will be required.
Also when you leave, you need to let us know at least 3 weeks in advance.
Bills are excluded - however we do not pay for water.
The room is a medium size - will fit a queen or even a king side bed.
The rest of the house is fully furnished.
The complex has a outside swimming pool, a gym and a tennis court, BBQ area,
and there are plenty parking spots available.
We have an easy access to Gateway Motorway to get northside or southside.
Carindale Westfeild Shopping Centre is just 5 mins drive away.
Murarrie or Cannon Hill station are 10- 15 mins drive away.
This is a very clean. safe and convenient location.
We would like someone who is also working or studying full time, tidy, willing to contribute some housework together, friendly and relay able.
