| Great apartment complex, around 5 years old, Hardwood floors in the living spaces, carpet in the bedrooms. My room has an ensuite, so you get the main bathroom all to yourself. Apartment catches great breezes in the afternoon and is very cool and light. We have an internal Laundry and a built in clothes line.
Your room is 2.9m x 3.6m, built in wardrobe, Full length glass wall with sliding door onto balcony and carpeted floor.
I work 9-5 in the City in Finance IT, looking for someone who has full time employment to take over the second room from my current flatmate who is moving to the USA. Ideally someone in their 20's to early 30's would be preferred. For the IT geeks, we're around 200m from the exchange.
If you're a couple, or have a partner who will be spending more than 3 nights a week in the apartment, we will need to discuss the rent, as the extra person will be using more of the communal space.
