| Easy going, friendly flatmate needed for an apartment in Hawthorn. Apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building, and is very close to public transport - 75 tram on the doorstep, 70 tram 5 minute walk, Hawthorn train station 15 minute walk (or 5 minute tram) away. Very close to Bridge Rd, Swan St and Glenferrie Rd shopping precincts. Apartment is funished, however the room is not. Room comes with off-street parking. Apartment is carpeted with a large kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. Lease is 12 month, commencing Jan 2013.
