Location is great, central and really convenient : 5min walk to Rushcutters Bay and close to nice restaurants / bars / stores, walking distance to CBD / Darlinghurst / Surry Hills / Paddington
Rent: 410$/week & fully furnished + Free Access to gym / Sauna / Swimming Pool (in the building, same floor)
We're looking for a friendly / chilled person to take over.
