175 PW ALL BILLS included. 2 Sunny bedrooms in a 3 bedroom house. Walk to M2 express bus stop. Large double storey house in Baulkham Hills, has the entire top floor available for rent. There are 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen with electric cooking and oven, ldy/bathroom, a dining, good size lounge room and a sunny balcony in the upstairs self contained unit. Our family lives downstairs (dad, mum, 2 kids) which has its own bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, ldy and living areas.
We are looking for 2 persons to share the unit upstairs, 1 in each bedroom, whilst the 3rd bedroom is used as a study. There is 1 shower and ldy combined, with the toilet separate, shared by both tenants. The 2 tenants will basically have the whole unit to themselves, it is fully furnished except for both bedrooms which can be arranged if desired. The family will hardly come upstairs, except occasionally to reboot the wireless router perhaps! The kids may want to make friends though (2 boys, 5 yr and 1 yr)
ALL BILLS INCLUDED. We pay for water, electricity and broadband Internet. The master bedroom is 3.6m by 3.4m, sunny northeast facing with 2 large windows, a built in wardrobe and its own tv point. The 2nd bedroom is 3.4m by 3.0m, sunny northeast facing and has a built in wardrobe as well. There is parking on the lot for 1 more car and plenty of street parking. It is a 5 min drive to both Stockland mall and Winston Hills mall and a 5 min walk to the M2 busstop on Cropley Drive, express busses to Macquarie and the City (high freq, 40 min to CBD). The house is on a lovely, quiet and residential street.
We are a quiet, healthy eating and non smoking family, please no raging parties upstairs(!) but friends over are perfectly fine. We would prefer non-smoking individuals with a stable job, preferable 2 females, but do contact us if the ad sounds interesting and let's see how it goes! |
