| The deal:
-$230 per week (includes 1x undercover secure parking)
-move in date around 15 November 2013
-bills additional and split 3 ways (about $10-$15 each pw)
About your room:
LARGE unfurnished bedroom with air-con, double wardrobe, skylight
Parking:
The $230 comes with a park in a tandem carpark. You have the option to rent the other park at an extra $25 pw.
About the apartment:
Located on the second floor is this spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned apartment. 25m lap pool, Gym + Sauna and BBQ entertainment area.
Apartment is furnished however it would be preferable if you have a fridge for your own use. If you have a washing machine, that would be also be a bonus.
About your two flat mates:
Young male and female (not a couple) both working professionals, easy going and friendly. Both really awesome to live with and respectful of each others space.
About you:
Similar to the existing flatmates, a working professional, easy going, tidy and respectful of others in a share house environment.
No pets aloud, sorry no couples. This is not a party house. |
