| 1 bedroom for rent in a 3 bedrooms house in Halley Avenue, Camberwell.
Very convenient location. 5 minutes to walk to the tram station in Camberwell Road and Zone 1 train station (Hartwell). 3 minutes to walk to the bus station on Toorak Road. Walking distance to Burke Road. Close to Coles, restaurants, shops, etc. Direct tram to Deakin University.
This is a 3 bedrooms house with 2 bathrooms. You will have your own bathroom and toilet (it is not en suite but a separate one) and do not have to share it with others. Your bedroom has built in wardrobes and spacious space. You can choose it to be unfurnished or furnished (we may provide you a bed and desk). Ducted heating and air conditioner. We will keep 3rd bedroom as our study room.
We are a couple, working professionals, in our early 30s. We are looking for one person max two people to move in. It is an ideal place for students or full time working processionals. We prefer the flat mates to be tidy and non-smokers.
Move in date is 4th January 2014. $250 per week for one person and $300 for two persons. Utility bills to be equally shared among all.
Offstreet parking available. Small garden out back to enjoy sunshine and a lemon tree!
