| I have a room available for rent in Zetland. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, split level apartment with 2 balconies and 1 courtyard. It is very modern, close to public transport and overall a fantastic place to live! The room to rent is spacious, fits a desk, queen size bed and has ample wardrobe space and is on a separate level to the other housemate, so you get plenty of privacy. It has a balcony overlooking a pleasant courtyard, and you will have your own bathroom.
You will be sharing with Deborah - a young professional who works in the marketing industry. She is neat, friendly, respectful and overall a great housemate. She also has a small Shnoodle called Eddie.
The rent is $340/week should you choose to take the carspace, however if you do not require the carspace then the rent will be $310/week.
