| WILL SUIT A PERSON, OR A COUPLE WHO LIKE THEIR SPACE AND PRIVACY, House on the border of Redbank Plains and Goodna, what is being offered is quite unique, its a 4 bedroom house, with the front 2 rooms being sectioned off where l live. l keeps to myself, l am offering to rent 1 or 2 of the 3 remaining bedrooms out, and the only room you would occasionionally share would be the kitchen on odd occasions. Other than that you would be offered your own large loungeroom, separate toilet, separate bathroom, large back yard, separate area to me. So you really would feel like you have your own 3 bedroom house. Every room has a ceiling fan, the house is clean, modern, and large. I prefer to rent out the whole area described for $260 with 1 bedroom, and $290 for 2 bedrooms. Excess water, internet and ELECTRICITY IS FREE and therefore included. No signing leases, no responsibility except to pay the rent on time. 3 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance. Must be working, non negotiable. Available now, first to see will rent. So you will have the whole area to yourself. One bed room to be used as a spare room, and the garage is fully utalized as my loungeroom and storeroom. Your area of house is unfurnished, however l can supply 1 double mattress and base, 1 x recliner, 1 x 3 seat lounge suite, desk. Apply quickly by leaving a message as this house wont last long. If you wanted the whole space, l am happy to negotiate, its all about finding the right person/people, that is the single most important thing.
