I’m Emily – looking for a flatmate to share my large 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Naremburn.
Following are details re the property:-

*Own bathroom (except for guests – i.e. needs to be kept presentable)
*1 x security car parking space (for you)
*Unlimited internet and Foxtel IQ is included in rent (gas/electricity will be split)
*Large open plan living / dining
*Fully furnished (except your room)
*Large kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher
*Internal laundry with washing machine & dryer
*Medium size balcony - with herb garden :)
*Well maintained security building, with intercom access
*Communal BBQ area
*2 min walk to Naremburn shops/cafes /restaurants
*5-10 min walk to supermarket/shops/cafes/restaurants/nightlife in crows nest
*5-10 min walk to express buses to the city (10 min bus trip – route 272 or M40). The M40 also continues on to Bondi Junction via Paddington
*10 min walk to St Leonard’s train station
*Buses to Chatswood, North Sydney, Neutral Bay, Mosman and Balmoral
right outside (route 343 and 257)
Single rate = $350 pw

time in the CBD. Looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate of a similar age or older (would prefer single, but will consider
couples). I lead an active lifestyle outside of work and am often out and about but I’m hoping to find someone I get along with and can enjoy a meal or wine with from time to time! I’m not a complete neat freak but I do like to keep the place looking nice :) looking for someone with a similar lifestyle and work hours.
