| Hi I'm Trent. I've been living here for 15 years now. My former housemate just moved to Canada so I'm on the search for a new one. I work full time 5 days a week, early start early finish. I enjoy cooking and heading to the local for a beer/dinner. I also like to go on adventures to the beach, snorkelling, skiing/snow boarding and drives up or down the coast. I enjoy watching movies and playing video games, but my xbox recently shit itself :( I like to keep the apartment clean but I'm not anal about it. =)
Whats on offer. Bright and spacious 2 level apartment (Across lvl 3 & 4) with leafy views over the south end of Joynton Park from a good sized balcony. Brand new carpet throughout as well as recently installed aircon/heating. 2 minute walk to Coles/East Village and 5-7 min walk to Green Square train station. On street parking is free from 4pm till 8am and all weekend or carparks are available to rent. Overall a safe and convenient place to live. :)
About the room. Good sized bedroom can fit a double or queen sized bed. Comes with 2 x built in mirrored robes plus 2 more in the hallway. You will have your own bathroom with a shower over bath right next to your room. |
