Included are - ceiling fans, bathroom shared by one other, a sitting room with TV separate from the main lounge room, utilities, off-street parking, this is a quiet house, but I do have a quiet child who will not bother you and is not always around, and 2 gentle dogs and 2 cats, that sleep in the garage. There is security on all doors and windows.
Very close to bus, train and not far from Manly village and the water. We get great sea breezes.
I can include 2 meals a day for $265 P/W
This would suit a professional person or a student.

Quiet street between the Victoria Barracks and ACCA, 2 minutes to the Botanical Garden running track & ponds, right by St Kilda Rd Trams, and a few minutes walk to Crown and all that Southbank has to offer.
We work quite late, so this suits someone who isn't too much of a light sleeper when we come home & shower!
We are relaxed, like the gym, occasional drink & after a flatmate who is positive, self sufficient and likes a laugh. |
