I have a great room available in New Farm. Walking distance to the City and Valley and with pubic transport right out the front gate. The room is unfurnished with built ins, private bathroom and ducted air con. The apartment itself has a large verandah with bbq area, large tv, ps4, netflix, wifi and all the mod cons. There is also off-street parking.
I currently work full time for the government and study law full time. I also have a small sausage dog named odie who really enjoys a walk and belly scratch.

The units are quiet, on top of hill so very breezy & the unit is cool. The area is very green & leafy so on the hotest day its cool inside. Parking is on the street. I have everything you would need in the fully equipped kitchen.I do have linen if you don't. It is a shared bathroom & toilet, Neat and tidy is preferred but want you to be at home & relax as well. Have a laundry with washing machine.
I am a full time working single mature lady, you must like cats...I have Zoe who is gorgeous, friendly but not needy & doesn't meow. Anything further can be discussed. Thanks Di

Two friends, Bec – student and works in hospitality and Marvel – runs his own business (both from home and on the road).
Both are sociable people – find ourselves chatting out the back or in the kitchen most days (+ we like having ‘family dinners’ if that means we go out once in a while or cook something up with a nice glass of wine, we are all about having an relaxed home environment) yet we are completely respectful of each other’s space and privacy. Our standards on the cleanliness of living is high, at the weekend we make sure that the end of the day on a Sunday all sections of the house have been done. Just makes it a lot fresher and best way to start a new week.
