| Hey guys!
Before I start, we don;t actually have a place to move into at the moment. Please read below.
My sister and her boyfriend, along with me, are looking for a house/townhouse in st kilda, elsternwick, ormond, caulfield area. We saw a few places today and will apply for 3 of these. We are all quite particular in where we live but at the same time do not want to pay an arm and a leg.
All place are more than big enough with plenty of room to move around and be yourself. Some details of us a re below.
Me (Andrew), nearly 25 and just returned from a 4 month trip overseas in Europe. I will now continue to work for my dad in the family business and I also participate quite a lot in triathlons and train for these quite a lot.
Erin (my sister) is 21 and studies at Melbourne University. She also likes to do gym, running etc.
Bobby (Erin's boyfriend) is 21 and is a fully qualified bricklayer. Enjoys a few beers and footy.
We are all big music fans (triple j) and very laid back and relaxed. That being sad, we like to keep the house tidy and respectful most of the time. Erin and I have enough furniture for common areas of the house; you would only need stuff for your own room.
