| Hi There,
I have a spare room in a house in Rockdale, and am looking for a female housemate. The house is located on a cul-de-sac, and on top of a hill, offering a quiet environment with great city/water view from the balcony.
The rent cost will be $200/wk. That includes pretty much everything I could think of. Unlimited Internet, water, electrity, gas, food (sometimes we cook, but you can have almost every thing else in the cupboard), and fully furnished.
You will have your own bedroom, with single bed, built-in wardrobe, table and bed-side drawers - everything included. Bathroom will be shared among 2 others.
The house also offers facilities like reading room and entertainment room, which are all free to use - with care, of course! :)
I own 3 dogs - a Husky, a Samoyed and a Maremma, so ideally the housemate has to be a dog lover, or at least be able to tolerate these huge puppies.
A little bit about me/us:
A bit about us, we are a young professional couple in our mid-20s. Working normal work hours on weekdays, and love to chill in the evening with our 3 pretty dogs. On the weekend, we usually go out for fancy dinner and movies. We are looking for a nice housemate just because we have an empty spare bedroom - and to liven up the house even more :)
Perfect for students or professionals who'd like to live away from busy CBD.

* 20-25 minutes away from Sydney CBD by train
* Close to airport
* 25 minutes walk / 5 mins drive away from beach (Brighton-Le-Sands)
