| Hey,
My partner and I will be leasing a new 3 bed apartment in about 4 weeks time and are looking for a 3rd adult to share the lease.
I am a personal trainer and my partner works in television. The weekly rent INCLUDING bills is approximately $1000. So the rent including all bills is $350 per week. Bond is 4 weeks and the term is 12 months.
We have a 10 year old son living with us.. He's cute, neat, well mannered and a lot of fun so bear in mind that although we are laid back and enjoy a party every now and again our place will be family friendly.
We live a pretty healthy lifestyle, don't smoke and like to work out. We're very social, watch movies at home, cook dinners etc...
