| I am a busy professional looking for a 30+ professional (sorry no students) non-smoking flatemate to share a recently renovated three bedroom townhouse in a leafy street in Beaconsfield (Alexandria).
Townhouse is close to bus and train transport; airport and cafes. The townhouse is furnished, however the vacant room is not. It does have a large built in wardrobe and a small balconette. You would have your own bathroom, only to be shared when visitors come.
There is a third spare bedroom, which is currently being used as a guest room/study. There is a sunny courtyard with barbecue and outdoor furniture. a modern kitchen, polished floorboard and lots of natural light.
Looking for someone tidy, self sufficient and reliable.
Weekly rent is $250, plus utility bills. |
