| Hey. I have ONE BEDROOM (unfurnished) + OWN BATHROOM + SECURE GARAGE available within a two bed + two bathroom apartment in CHERMSIDE. The apartment is fully furnished with outdoor dining on the balcony & couch and TV in the living room. The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from Chermside Westfield, Chermside Library as well as public transport. I am 22yo female, clean and responsible and I am currently at uni full time and am working part time. I am seeking a single professional between 20 and 35 either sex, who is quiet and friendly, and who doesn’t mind the odd party.
The apartment is located on the second level via stairs. The bedroom includes fan and built in wardrobe. Bathroom & Toilet is shared with visitors and is combined with the laundry. The lounge room combined with the kitchen has aircon which will be handy for the upcoming summer months.
