| Hi there,
I'm looking for 1 housemate to share my 3 bedroom rental property (one room to be kept as a spare). It's opposite a great park if you are into running etc.
I'm a 27yo female who's pretty chilled and would love to get someone in who'd be up for sharing the occasional meal/coffee/after work drink with. I have a couple of pet birds and pets would be considered (eg small dog, reptiles, birds etc though probably not a cat due to the birds). I work shift-work but it's never been a problem with housemates before (no over-nighters or anything like that)
I'm a neat, tidy and considerate person but not to a fault so would like someone who's approximately the same.
The rent is $760 a month per person with a month-to-month lease so $760 bond would be required.
The house- polished floorboards and tiles throughout, nice kitchen, renovated and shiny new bathroom, gas heating, aircon, with an awesome large tiled undercover outdoor area perfect for summer BBQ's. I've been in the house about 3 months and love it and it's in a decent area. The bedroom is mid-sized with a polished wooden floor and built-in robes.
The house is fully furnished, the room is not though I could arrange something if you need a bed. Available immediately so hit me up if you want to come and have a look! Guys or gals welcome :)
