| Beautiful, 2 bedroom apartment, located high up in a modern building, in South Melbourne. With open plan layout and floor to ceiling glass, the apartment is super bright and open, leading out onto a large balcony/terrace with views of Port Phillip Bay. The building has secure access, on site security, a pool, tennis courts, BBQ and gym facilities as well as an undercover car space in the garage. There is one shared bathroom, and floorboards throughout apartment. The room is a decent size with plenty of wardrobe space.
I'm Kylie, a 24 year old working in publishing and doing some freelance work on the side. My hours are standard 9 to 5 and I tend to go out after work a few nights a week for dinner/coffee/walks with friends. My weekends are usually pretty busy with socialising and keeping active. I'm a creative and social person, who enjoys being out and about but also the idea of hanging out at home with someone like-minded, relaxing over a glass of wine.
Looking for someone who is friendly and relaxed, social and fairly independent. That said, I'd like to find someone who I can get along with really well and become friends with rather than just another person in the flat. Tidiness and respect is also really important. |
