| The house is on a quiet st and set back off the road with parking for up to 3 cars, there is a patio area with a pond with fish and surrounded by trees as you enter, always makes me feel like walking into a day spa, the house is big with three split levels, all wooden floors and decorated with ethnic art I have collected from my travels, the kitchen is huge and modern with walk in pantry, and separate laundry room, which has an exit to the washing line. The lounge is huge and all open plan with windows all the way down the side of the house, There is a huge amount of storage space, with a room under the mezzanine level, just full of built in robes, I have a little office space and music studio set up on the mezzanine level, the room itself is medium to large with built in robes and a huge window looking out onto the garden, modern bathroom with shower, bath and huge window, separate toilet, it's close to Monash and Deakin, with shops and transport v.close. The back garden is large with a huge balcony and another storage room underneath. I grow fruit, veg and herbs out the back, the garden also backs onto a beautiful reserve, it totally feels like you are in the country, but so close to everything. All in all this is an incredible house, now I just need to find an incredible person to share it with. |
