| Room for rent in 4 bedroom townhouse in Carlisle St, St Kilda.
This is a spacious 4 bedroom townhouse located on a number of different tram lines, minutes from the beach, supermarkets and Acland/Fitzroy street restaurant precincts. The house is open planned with a large kitchen feat. dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. House has paved courtyard with washing line. No off street parking available however permits are available from council with application. House will be fully furnished excpet for the advertised room, bedroom is very spacious with BIR.
You will be sharing with 3 healthcare professionals, all of which are quite social and enjoy nights out, however this is not a party house due to the fact that we all are shiftworkers and often work shifts with short changeovers or nights.
We are looking for a male between 20-30 who is wanting to rent long term and must have steady job. Also able to help contribute to the house eg housework and keeping clean.
$245 per week
$1000 bond required upfront
Bills will be divided equally between all housemates on arrival of bill.
House available to move in from 12.01.2013
No couple or travellers please.
