Located just off Clovelley road in Randwick, it's a very short walk to local shops, cafes and public transport links and a 10-15 minute walk to clovelley beach/Cent & Queens Park.
I am the owner of the apartment, professional that works in the city and plays plenty of sport/keeping fit & healthy. Looking for a respectful & clean short term flat mate (male or female), pref a non-smoker that is easy to get along with and has a sense of humour ideally! Weekly price of $325 includes all utility bills (including foxtel).. Parking available and some under ground storage space if required to help you out. |
