| Room for rent in a fairly new (2 year old) two bedroom townhouse on Cheddar Road in Reservoir to share with a female in their late 30's.
The available room has a walk in wardrobe and is partly furnished with a Queen sized bed.
Polished floorboards and carpet in bedrooms. Townhouse has modern appliances, airconditioning and courtyard including BBQ available. Shared bathroom and additional toilet downstairs.
Great location within walking distance of shops, bus and train station. Short train ride to Preston Market, or bus ride to Northland Shopping Centre and La Trobe University, Bundoora Campus.
$200 per week including utilities (electricity, gas and water). Food is separate.
Student or professional, male or female can apply. Looking for someone who has a job, is clean and tidy and can afford $200 per week. This is not a party house, the occassional guest is however welcome.
Room is available now.
Bond will be $866 and rent to be paid fortnightly in advance. Total cost initally will be $1066. |
