| Detailed Description |
| Need to find someone to take our room in Southbank ASAP. It's a large room with ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. We would like to do the lease transfer in the next 10 days to the suitable applicat(s). It is $300 for a couple and less if you are single. The building is very secure (with a concierge) and you have access to large gym, spa, sauna, 50m swimming pool, tennis court and outside BBQ and entertaining area. Great location, great room and 2 awesome housemates, who occupy the other two rooms. Please call me for a time to view the room and the rest of the apartment and to meet the other housemates.
(IMPORTANT: you must be able to stay for 6 months. You also must be able to show that you have a stable income (students can apply also if they can show proof of ability to pay rent). You will need to pay $1,400 bond up-front and $165 lease transfer fees. Extra key is optional for $60 and car park also for an extra $20 per week. |
