| Looking for a friendly, quiet person (just one, there isn't really space for a couple) to share my apartment in Taringa on a sublet arrangement. $200 a week, bills included. 2 weeks bond required.
The room itself is around 3 x 3m plus a giant mirrored built-in and a bay window, carpeted but unfurnished with one double powerpoint and ceiling fan.
The flat is on the second floor with a nice big balcony and open plan living area. There's a single bathroom (2 sinks, shower over bath), internal laundry with dryer, and large kitchen with dishwasher. The rest of the house is fully furnished but there's still room for more bookshelves or whatever.
The location is seriously convenient, being right next to a block of shops (multiple takeaways, convenience store, chemist etc) and in walking distance of several bus routes to the city, UQ and Indooroopilly - even the train, if you're keen.
You'll be sharing with a 28 year old female environmental scientist. I'm down to earth and friendly, not religious, I like a drink but don't like getting trashed, and I'm fairly nerdy :) I work full time and the house is a bit of a haven for me so I prefer the major partying to happen elsewhere. I'm looking for someone mature-minded and tidy. (Older) students are ok but you must have a job. Other than that I don't really care who you are. email if you're interested! |
