| Hello,
We are looking for a male or female to share our great 3 level town house in Brunswick. Just off Sydney Rd. about a minute walk from Anstey station. (30 secs if you run!) And Fresh fruit at your door step!
Room is the biggest in the house, and has an en-suite, reverse cycle AC, own balcony and large bulit in robe ( some would say walk in ! ) We also have plenty of storage space, so if you have white goods or furnishings we can either use it or store it..
We are two easy going guys in our 30's, looking for someone over 25 of a similar persuasion who wants to make this house their home.
Sorry no couples or pets.
Room is $1000.00 PCM and bills are shared equally. Room Is available from the 23rd of March. We are hoping to see people this Saturday (9th March) or Monday (11th March) but if this doesn't suit, I'm sure we can work something out.
