| Detailed Description |
| HI, we are a young family of 3. Mum, dad and young daughter of 4 years old. We have a room for rent in Shelley WA which is available from now. We would prefer a long term house mate who can become like part of the family. We both work and study and with our rent just increasing we would like someone else in to lighten the expense of rent.
We are both very friendly and easygoing people who enjoy company so you will definitely be able to feel at home.
As we have a young child we would like our new house mate to have or could get a working with children's check and police clearance.
The rent would include all bills including electricity, gas, water and access to broadband/wireless Internet with a very large download limit so if you are studying this would be great for you. We also have a desk top computer which you are free to use. As i do our shopping on the internet due to time constrains (parents, work, study)we could purchase your shopping for you but you would have to provide extra for this. We are very close to buses and Bullcreek train station. Also close to both curtain and Murdoch universities.
The room has a double bed in it but we can remove if necessary. The room also has a build in desk and shelving. The room does not have a wardrobe but we do have a good quality portable close hanger from ikea which we can also put in there for you. Pease see photos attached.
Must like dogs as well, we have a very gentle and loving Labrador X who you will fall in love with |
