There are polished floorboards throughout, high ceilings, carpeted bedrooms, stunning stained glass feature windows and French Doors leading from the dining area into the courtyard. In addition, the property also offers an outdoor spa in a beuatiful garden setting, central heating, air conditioning and censor lights throughout. There is also a double carport and large outdoor laundry, that is being converted into a 2nd bathroom.
Only 33mins to Melbourne, Parkdale is an exclusive beach side residence that's location is so convenient, halfway between Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. There is no better beach in bayside.
There are two large fully furnished bedrooms available, one with built in robes the other with wardrobe. Each room has a TV and stereo and internet is also available.
MONTHLY STAYS - Rent is $200/week for smaller room, $225/week for larger room. Couples are welcome at $300/week per room.
WEEKLY STAYS - Short term rentals also available at $500/week for singles or $700/week for couples. Minimum one week stay.
Only 5mins to the Best Beach in Melbourne, 2 mins to shops, train station and schools, Parkdale offers everything, including great cafes...there is even one on the beach clifftop, the best location on the bay for sunset. |
