| Hi there, I just bought a 2 bedroom apartment and I'm looking for a female housemate to share my new home with. Newly renovated bathroom/toilet, clean apartment with spacious kitchen and lounge. Undercover car space is also provided for your car. Room is of perfect size and comes with wardrobe and shelf. Apartment is fully equipped with all brand new white goods - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and fridge. TV in lounge has Foxtel. All you have to do is bring in your clothes and bedding. All utilities such as gas, electricity, water and internet bills will be shared. Public transport is not at all an issue as apartment is near cnr Warrigal Rd and Princes Hwy. Plenty of transport available and food and fuel outlets within walking distance. Property location great for Monash uni - both Caulfield and Clayton campuses and train station nearby for city-goers.
I am an easy going young professional, and I am looking for an honest female housemate who will be easy to get along with as well. Room will be available from 20th June 2013 for inspection. |
