| Detailed Description |
| We are looking for a professional couple or single to share with 2 others in this great home in Bentleigh East.
The house is very open and filled with natural light, the kitchen and living space lends itself well to socialising in front of some TV or a movie and there is a separate rumpus room.
The bedroom available is very large and fits a king bed along with other furniture. It has a large walk through wardrobe which leads into a large ensuite with couples basins.
We all work full time and are easy going and friendly; ideally we are looking for people similar who are easy to get on with, do their fair share around the house etc. All the usual stuff.
Bills are split evenly among housemates and not included in the rent.
Rent $261 per week paid monthly at $1130 Bond $1560
Note lounge furniture is not current. |
