| My name is Susie I am 24 and looking for someone to move into my extra room in Randwick. I am a full time hospitality worker and do shift work hours. I have times where I am not at home much and other times where I have a Mon to Fri roster.
I am looking for someone who does not just want somewhere to sleep but also wanted to hang out at times and have a drink or two at home or at the pub and also share the odd meal or two.
The apartment is to Randwick Village and plenty of bus close by to City and Bondi Junction and beaches. Walking distance to Centennial and Queens Park.
Bills are not included in rent cost, Internet is $30 a month. Electricity is paid every 3 months and is about $200 each a bill.
