| Room for rent in a bright, newly renovated apartment in the heart of Bondi Beach. Located on the corner of Hall and Wellington Streets, cafes, shops and the beach are all in close proximity. Bus stops are at the end of the street and there is free on-street parking.
Looking for a young professional that is fun-loving, easy going and clean, to share a fully furnished apartment with a 24 year-old female. Apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, reverse cycle air-conditioning, balcony and an open-plan living area. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are also included.
Move in date at the start of August (open to negotiate if needed).
Bedroom not furnished. New wardrobes included (not built-in).
Must be willing to sign joint lease and pay $1,200 bond.
