| Hi, I currently live in a beautiful 3 year old two Bedroom, two Bathroom apartment with secured entry, located in Sydenham 3037
I'am a 26 year old professional Female . I do have a super friendly cat, I'm a friendly, respectful and tidy easy going person.
Room available is the Master Bedroom with ensuite, B/room is unfurnished with large built in wardrobe, living area is furnished! 5 minutes walking distance to Water Gardens Shopping Centre (Including Cinemas etc) and Water Gardens train station. 13 minutes drive to the Airport and 25 minutes to the city.
Smoking is allowed but on the balcony only, there is street parking available.
Apartment would suit a professional and someone who is easy going and has a liking for cats. The person will need to be able to pay rent on time.
$650 PCM - 50/50 all bills (Includes Foxtel)
4 Weeks rent and 4 Weeks Bond upfront $1,300
You must be able to pay 4 weeks rent and 4 weeks bond in advance. |
