| Detailed Description |
| We currently have 2 rooms for rent in our Richmond terrace house. One is from now until the end of September and the second is longer term. The two remaining housemates are 24 year old lads whom are easy going, enjoy the occasional ale and a night out. It would also be best to have someone else move in who is around the same age. Room 1 is a spacious top story room, fully furnished with lots of cupboard space, whilst the second is unfurnished but also has lots of cupboard space, a mirror, and a direct door into the bathroom. The house has a large living room and kitchen with a small backyard/courtyard and is less than 5 minutes walk along Burnley St to both Bridge Rd and Victoria St. The rooms will be available as of Monday the 1st of July, so if you are keen please send me an email with a little bit about yourself and we can organise a time for an interview. |
