| Heya!
We are looking for 2 new people to join our HOME in Thornbury! We have 2 medium size rooms available.
Location: We are 5 minutes from High Street (86 Tram), 10 mins to St Georges Road (112 Tram) and 5 mins from Thornbury Train Station! Around the corner is a Woolworths/Aldi, Funky Cafes, Restaurants, Gym, Yoga and great Health Food Shop! Preston Market is just down the road also.
The Rooms: The rooms are medium and unfurnished (one with built in wardrobe),
The House: The house is large with a huge loungeroom, big tv and xbox. Our backyard is big and great for bbqs/gatherings/parties. We are working on a vegie patch which ideally you will want to give a hand to! and shed hangout/smoking area. We also want to get chickens in the near future so we'd love you to get involved with that. (are you handy or willing?)
Your housemates:
Dixi is a friendly chap 29 Car/Motorbike man who is working fulltime and studying engineering part time. He loves brewing his own beer, video games and motorbikes and cars.
Emanuela is a well travelled 26 Community Lawyer, working with Asylum Seekers. She loves vego cook ups, bikram yoga, arts and crafts.
You: Ideally you are looking for a HOME not a room in a house. You like yarns about your day over a cuppa/vino/beer. NO HERMITS! We would expect you to contribute to a friendly social and interactive home. Host a cook up? Have a movie night? Put a picture on the wall? Invest some energy into your home! We are super chill and we hope you are too. If you are a hater of cats probably best not apply either cos Em might get one soon :-)
Come check out our place ASAP as one room will be available around 5/07/13 and the other room is available from 12/07/13 or there abouts! There is some flexibility in move in dates.
