| I have moved into this apartment 6 months ago and originally shared it with a friend. She has moved to Europe 3 months ago. Since I don't use the second room I am now looking for someone to share the place with. The apartment is fully furnished. All you need to bring are towels and linen.
I am easy going and looking for someone who is too. I am quite tidy and like the apartment to be reasonably clean. I spend most of my time at work, love sports and try to do as much as time allows. On weekends I try to get away on trips if I can or hang out with my friends, enjoying Melbourne. I don't cook much but if I do, I am trying to cook healthy.
The apartment is in a calm and safe area, yet very close to Balaclava and St. Kilda. The tram is 7 mins and the train 10 mins walk. The apartment has recently been renovated.
If you are keen to have a look at the place, let me know. I am happy to rent it out on a month to month base.
