| Hi there,
I’m looking for a flatmate to share my apartment. My flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend.
We are in the iconic 'Borambil' building, which sits directly above Manly surf club (see pics)… literally steps down to the beach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (plus sunroom), as well as a gorgeous, very spacious balcony (we are one of only two apartments in the building that has its own balcony.. very nice in summer with great afternoon light), internal laundry, stainless steel benchtops in the kitchen and lots of storage space around the house.
Looking for a Professional Male or Female aged 27 - 35 years years old (I am 28) who is laid back, easygoing & reliable. Being clean and respectful is important. I don’t have raging parties (maybe just for my birthday!), though do like having my buddies over for a gathering / some drinks.. Having someone who is likeminded in this respect would be great. I am also out and about a lot.
You will have a parking permit which is $40 annually.. I have never once struggled to find a park in the area.
It’s a 10 minute walk (or a 7 minute run if you are like me in the mornings!) to the ferry / fast ferry and all buses to get into the city. Also 10 minute walk to coles and all restaurants / pubs.
Rent is $360 per week, gas and electricity are approx. $200 a quarter, bond is 4 weeks rent.
