I am a friendly, non-smoker (don't mind smokers though), creative professional in my early 30s looking for smart, like-minded people, aged 20-35 professional/student/post grad, who are quiet and friendly for long a term tenancy - but most importantly someone who is relaxed, doesn't take themselves too seriously and enjoys an intelligent (or silly) conversation once in a while.
I work as a training coordinator and freelance photographer and I'm looking to find somebody like me - organised and clean, but fun and social. Being creative is a big plus too!
I'm open to young professionals or students, even if you're new completely to Sydney. I'm fairly active (I am usually climbing at an indoor climbing gym which is 5 minutes drive from the house) and social but also understand the need for space, peace and quiet - this is definitely not a party house.
There is a huge shared lounge room and dining area. Coupled together with a spacious kitchen with gas stove and oven. I quite enjoy cooking (it's a relaxing process for me at the end of a work day when I get time to myself) so somebody with an epicurean streak is a big plus.
The room itself overlooks a large green courtyard and has new carpet and a built in wardrobe. With room for a single or double bed and a dresser/cabinets and study desk etc. Sunny and perfect for a student or worker who needs their sleep or quiet time.
The apartment is furnished with a lounge, a large Plasma TV/Blu-ray DVDs, Fridge, Microwave and Washing machine.
This is a single occupancy room. However twin share will be considered at $320pw
