| Room for rent in our 3 bedroom house in Canterbury.
Canterbury is located between Camberwell and Surrey Hills so is perfect as it's close enough to the city but still has that quiet, relaxed suburb-feel!
5 Minute walk to the famous Mailing Road Shops and 3 train stations (Canterbury, Riversdale & East Camberwell). 5 Minute drive to Woolies and Camberwell Junction. There is a park and a great running/cycling track nearby also.
You can choose which room you want: The rooms availble are: The large room with BIR's ($850 per calendar month - approx. $195/week) and the smaller room without BIR's ($766 per calendar month - approx. $175/week). Utilities are shared equally every quarter. Couples are also welcome to take the big room at $1110 per calendar month - approx. $255/week)
To share with 2 postgrad students in their mid-twenties who are quiet, relaxed and easy going.
The house is fully furnished, all you have to do is furnish whichever room you choose.
Plenty of on-street parking (no permit required) and a garage for storage. The house was renovated a couple of years ago so is clean and modern with wooden floors, ducted heating and air con and a separate laundry room (gas stove and heating).
Looking for someone clean, respectful and doesn't mind doing there own thing. Someone quiet who is not going to be partying everyweek but is social and friendly would be a great match.
Move in date is flexible, anywhere between mid-August to early September.
The bond is $1040.
