| Detailed Description |
| One room available. Small to medium size. Share 6 month lease. Rent is less than half of the total rent as room is smaller than the main room. House has parking in driveway, and also 1 in the rear. Backyard available. I already have a bit of furniture, but if you prefer something of yours, that would be fine. Except the fridge and washing machine...can't be bothered moving those.
House is old Victorian style.
Internet is included in the rent however all other bills must be shared.
Close to public transport. Less than 15 minute walk to trains. Less than 5 minute walk to buses.
Must like cats! I have 2 and they are indoor. Don't cause much trouble. Just need someone who will care about their safety.
I'm fairly easy going. I'm not a party animal though and don't want to live with one. Non smoker/ heavy drinker/drug user preferred.
I'm not a clean freak just want general cleanliness. Only thing I am particular about is paying bills on time and safety of my cats.
