| I’m Dave, I’m an easy going 34 year old male. I work full time in the city and enjoy a drink or two on the weekends.
I’d ideally like to live with someone I could have a chat, laugh and drink with when we are both home…Perhaps even a shared meal every now and then.
Besides from looking for someone between 25-40 I'm open to anyone who thinks they would enjoy living in this home.
My work and hobbies often keep me inside at the computer but I have a gorgeous 6 year old female lab that helps me find some time outdoors. She is a friendly affectionate dog, loves a cuddle and new people, but also has a lot of personality and is active.
I’m neither a slob nor a clean freak… just somewhere in the middle, but I do like a clean house so I’d hope to get a fortnightly cleaner in to make it easy for all.
I’ve just moved into the home which has two bedrooms available. it's a two storey townhouse that is flooded in light from all angle. It’s situated across from Merri Creek, a walk to the Coburg Olympic Swimming Pool and other sporting facilities or it is a walk to public transport to take you further.

• 2nd & 3rd bedrooms share balcony overlooking Merri Creek
• Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge opening to rear garden
• Kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances including oversized oven and 5 burner gas cook top and dishwasher, loads of cupboard space and stone bench tops
• Master bathroom with separate shower and bath
• Ground floor powder room
• Reverse cycle heating and cooling to all bedrooms and living area
• Full laundry with more storage
• Front and rear landscaped low maintenance gardens
• Loads of further storage (under the stairs and small room outside)
• Use of communal pool and BBQ area
Double lock up garage with remote control entry and direct access into the home
