| Hi my name is Tim Perkins. I am a 33 y.o. physiotherapist moving to Sydney from Melbourne, hoping to find accommodation as of approximately Sep 28. I am clean, tidy, quiet, a non-smoker, am into being healthy and am responsible. I am looking for a home – not just a place to sleep at night. I will be working in Randwick, so somewhere not too far from there would be preferable.
I would also like a place that is clean & quiet, not too far from the city, and not on any major busy roads please as I am a light sleeper.
I would prefer to share with a person that is thoughtful, intelligent, considerate, reasonably quiet, artistically inclined – a bonus.
I can provide a reference if need be.
