| Detailed Description |
| My beautiful apartment is located in a converted factory warehouse on the Hill itself overlooking the rooftops toward the city.
The room has its own en suite and private keyed entrance from the central atrium of the building as well as a rear door leading out to the courtyard.
It is a two bedroom, three storey apartment with kitchen and open plan living being the central level, so there is good privacy as the bedrooms are separated by the living/dining level.
I am a professional Storyboard Artist and Film Maker and work mostly from home, and would a like-minded creative soul to share with. Someone who is mature in thinking, open minded and relaxed.

I have a round, retro dining table and chairs, and no couch at this stage so I'm waiting to see what whomever moves in owns, furniture wise.
